- Changed way files get converted. Files are no longer read completely into memory. They get converted on the fly.
- Added functionality encode and decode files from and into Base-32 Hex and Base-n (n <= 64)
- Added functionality to read a whole row of an uncompressed image

Changed copy behaviour. Instead of only copying the input file, if formats are the same for input and output, the image gets now loaded, to verify the header of that image, and gets written, without conversion into another image type.
