Fix issues in text commands and made an enhancement to appointments. When sending notifications for appointments, the embed is sent again.

Enhance polls with anonymous polls, single or multiple choice polls, usage of buttons and dropdown, sorted in descending order. Also polls can be closed and deleted by mods, too. (#210)
