To avoid exceptions with embeds being too long, the members that voted for a specific option, are not added to the result

Update fernuni-bot.py to use intents, which are required for discord.py v1.5

Added functionality, to add a new "Lerngruppen" voice channel, whenever somebody joins any of the existing ones and there is no empty voice channel in that category left.

Fixed, that approval message was not deleted, after it got approved by a mod. That could have caused issues with texts being added more than once.

Added text command functionality, that allows to add commands, that print simply print out text. And in case there are multiple texts for a command, one is chosen randomly. Also added command !add-motivation, that allows users to add specific texts for !motivation command. Those texts then have to be approved by a mod.

Added TOP functionality to add/remove TOPs on a channel basis, as well as list all TOPs from a channel. Also added help texts for those commands and added missing help text for !poll command.
